Ana Simic is a top digitalization and AI leader, advisor and board member.
Previously, Ana was leading digitalization, AI and automation programs of all-sizes in large organizations, such as A1 Telekom Austria and A1 Group, Henkel and bwin, delivering multimillion value contributions.
As the CEO of Vienna-based Engage – agency for digital, tech and AI – together with her team, she now gives hands-on advice on digital and AI strategy, innovation, user research, operating models and human development.
In her supervisory board functions, she is focusing on digitalization, AI and technology topics, to support boards in their work. Outside of work, Ana is actively engaged in various non-profit communities contributing to strengthening of AI literacy, human agency, democracy, and female empowerment in Austria and abroad.
She is a regular speaker and panelist on all of the above topics.
