Anke Ellmerer

Anke Ellmerer began her media-career in Research & Insights almost 20 years ago. The experience she gathered deep-diving into brands, market environments and audiences built a strong backbone for her following path in Client Service and Account Management. In 2012, she moved to Havas Media Austria, which is part of Havas Media Group that operates in over 140 countries. She has developed strategies and implemented campaigns in literally all media channels, building meaningful brands for a broad range of clients – national and international – from nearly all industries. Some of her clients she has accompanied for many years, the longest relationship going back more than 15 years. Anke Ellmerer took on the responsibility as Managing Director at Havas Media in Vienna in 2019. Since then, the agency has increased its volume by 50% and celebrated wins at the renowned Effie- and Media Awards as well as numerous other local industry awards. Today, she leads a team of about 40 experts in media and communication and is part of Vienna’s Havas Village Management board.
