I am a proud Father of my daughter Lilli. Also i am a beach volleyball professional (four-time Olympian, double European champion, vice-world champion,...). With more than 20 years of experience in top-class sport and many setbacks, the "comebackstronger" way of thinking was and is firmly anchored in my way of thinking. Dealing with the topics of focus, pressure, motivation and leadership were the main pillars of my career, which I now try to pass on as a speaker and mentor.
