Irene Fialka

Irene Fialka is CEO of INiTS, Vienna's high-tech incubator, which has been pushing and supporting spin-offs from the academic institutions and deep-tech startups since 2002 and will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2022, together with the many successful startups that have passed through INiTS' hands. She is one of the long-time GAMECHANGERS in the startup ecosystem in Austria, including co-initiator of Investorinnen.com, a network of women investing in startups. She is president of Women in Health IT, THE association in Austria that sees digitalization in healthcare across Europe as an opportunity to create equal opportunities and make female role models visible. Members include many strong women and men who are driving this forward. Ms. Fialka is also Managing Director of Health Hub Vienna, one of the flagship projects of the Health Metropolis Vienna.
