Luciana D'Abramo

Luciana D'Abramo is the Chief Development Officer and Board Member of FOUR PAWS, the global animal welfare organisation. She is also the proud mom to 2-year-old Oceana. With over 15 years of experience in previous roles at SOS Children's Villages International and in the private sector, Luciana is dedicated to changing the narrative of leadership to reflect empathy, innovation, and resilience. Her approach to leadership development, organisational transformation, and diversity, equity and inclusion strives to keep FOUR PAWS fit and ready to adapt to new ways of working that enable colleagues to thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
