Nathalie Rau

CHRO // Magenta Telekom

Nathalie Rau CHRO (Chief HR Officer), born in 1975, took over the CHRO role at Magenta Telekom in January 2022. She previously worked as SVP HR at Universal Music in Berlin and has relocated back to Austria for the new position. Nathalie started her career with arvato services, Bertelsmann Group. In 2011, she moved on to Lufthansa subsidiary Eurowings as VP HR and afterwards she assumed the position VP HR & Organization at Austrian Airlines from 2017 to 2020. Nathalie has more than 15 years of experience in various HR positions in Germany and Austria. Her main HR topics are employee engagement, cultural and agile transformation and leadership. Nathalie studied law in Passau, Le Mans and Toulouse.
