Mr. Zondwa Mandela is an African Businessman born in South Africa.

He is inspired by the drive to create self-sufficient, economically driven communities on the African continent and beyond. He has developed programs that increase the scale and scope of sustainable employment opportunities for people in Africa.

Currently serving as CEO of Mandela Legacy and Chairman of the affiliated foundation. He is qualified in business studies. He serves on other boards namely, Operation Hope, Lake Nona Impact. Forum, IndyGeneUS AI.

Born into a legacy of leadership and resilience, Zondwa Mandela embodies a deep commitment to uplifting marginalised communities and providing practical solutions to drive positive change.

Having inherited the responsibility to continue his families’ lifelong legacy, in pursuit of equality, human rights, equal opportunity and social justice for all - focused primarily on economic empowerment in underserved communities.

To date Mandela Legacy has created in excess of 15,000 jobs and trained over 350,000 youth in Africa within the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sector.
