The consumer decides on the transformation of retail

Hassle-free, flexible, practical and often preferably as quickly as possible - this seems to be the way people want to obtain the desired service and product these days. Retailers react extremely quickly to consumer wishes and are constantly offering new opportunities. In order for every company to recognize and implement the optimal type of retail for itself, it needs clear strategies and to overcome new challenges. At the same time, the question arises as to how brick-and-mortar retail can survive or keep up at all. PULS 24 anchorwoman Alexandra Wachter discusses this with Cordula Cerha (WU WIEN), Maurice Beurskens (gurkerl.at), Johannes Gutmann (Sonnentor), Paul Douay (Westfield) and Roland Fink (niceshops).
