One of the current buzzwords is "diversity". More and more companies are also trying to link their brand with diversity, conveying the promise of an open, inclusive, diverse environment and thereby making themselves appear more attractive and successful in a highly competitive business market. However, there is still a big difference between the promise and the reality. Inclusion and diversity are seen as a passing trend or a superficial promise, instead of a multitude of benefits such as securing skilled workers, increased diversity in the company and a spirit of innovation. "Diversity, Equality & Inclusion" is not just a motto for the future, but should represent a lived, fair and balanced working world. Discussing this with ORF presenter Claus Pirschner: Nicole Schlautmann (Country Manager Pfizer Corporation Austria), Kristina Weis (Member of the Board of the Chamber of Tax Consultants and Auditors), Tanzila Khan (CEO Girlythings.pk), Maimuna Mosser (Country Commercial Manager IKEA Austria), Anna Katharina Marton (Rector Specialisterne Austria) and Ryan Gerseva (Founder & CEO Virtualahan).
