In a world where AI is permeating more and more areas of our lives, we face the challenge of addressing ethical concerns while promoting innovation. The discourse revolves around the question of how we can find a balance between regulation and innovation. On the one hand, we need to address ethical concerns and ensure the safe use of AI. On the other hand, we must not risk stifling the spirit of innovation. Particular attention must be paid to the different regulatory approaches in Europe, the USA and China. With the AI Act, Europe has created a comprehensive legal framework that defines ethical principles and safety standards.
